The Kentucky Department has issued the following Limited No Action Letters. The safe harbor provided applies only to the applicant and any entity acting in conjunction with the applicant. All entities must comply with the terms and conditions governing the beta test. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions, and other applicable Kentucky law, may result in the early termination of the beta test and the issuance of civil penalties.
