Per the Governor’s Office directive dated March 16, 2020, Department of Insurance examinations are suspended at all Kentucky locations until further notice.  This directive is given for the purposes of maintaining social distancing under the CDC guidelines and to promote the health and well-being of the general public.   We apologize for the inconvenience that this will cause and when allowed to have in-person governmental services, we will increase testing hours to accommodate the needs.  Insurance applicants whose testing window expires during this closure, must contact our office if an extension is needed.  Contact the Division of Agent Licensing at DOI.AgentLicensingMail@ky.gov
