Please check the General Instructions document in SERFF for filing requirements. The General Instructions document is subject to change, so it should be referred to before creating each filing.
SERFF Filing Access (SFA) provides consumers and other interested parties the ability to access Rate, Rule, and Form Filings via the internet. This tool many also be used as a free alternative to filing an Open Records Request. (https://filingaccess.serff.com/sfa/home/KY)
